I know this may sound kinda stupid and simple but I find the best way of loosing weight is to just concentrate on eating 'healthily' rather than strictly monitoring calories etc. Eat as much natural stuff like vegetables, salads, and fruit as you like! Try sticking to a purely naturally healthy diet like that, snacking on fruit or raisons in particular (which are great as a snack - ignore those who say theres loads of sugar in them - it's natural sugar :P )and by making small changes to your lifestyle such as taking the stairs instead of the lift and walking to the local shops instead of driving can make a huge difference. The main thing is to concentrate on improving your health and body rather than having your mind set on loosing weight! The loosing weight part will come with a healthy lifestyle. Also as always drink lots of cold water! 2 - 3 litres per day. The best way to do this is to buy cheap mineral water from your supermarker (or shopping mart thing - Ah I dunno what it's called I'm English :P ) and then check how much water is in each bottle then set your self so many bottles to drink as a target each day. Water really is fantastic! Apples are amazing too. They not only are really tasty but they are also minus calories. Minus callories you say? Yes! The thing is they take more energy digesting than what is in them! But as I say don't concentrate too much on calories!

Next - When trying new foods it takes your taste buds 10 times to get used to the food. This means that on average you'll have to eat the new type of food on 10 different occassions before you are likely to begin to enjoy it. So stick at it for a while! Going to bed early (set yourself a strict time to be in bed by.) and getting up early also help. This helps your body revatlise to it's maximum and allows you to be ready for the day ahead.

In the morning, there are few things better than porridge. Porridge not only lowers collesterol but also fuels your body for the day ahead. Add a spoonfull of Jam if you aren't too keen on it on it's own. If after that you are still hungry, as always take a fruit as a snack - An apple or a bannana or any other fruit that you enjoy. Bannanas are great probiotics. Probiotics keep your tummy healthy by providing good bacteria to fight the bad. I think the bannanas also help your diggestion.

I'm pretty handy when it comes to health and exercise :P so if anyone wants to talk about it, I'd be more than happy to help.

Just remember that instead of loosing weight you should concentrate on reaching a weight that you are happy with. Eating healthily like I've explained above will hopefully bring about this rather than a fad diet where you must limit yourself to eating so much that you just get fed up with it.

Im at 93lbs and want to get to 82lbs I eat a apple and a bananna a day then throw it up and work out from right after school till i pass out around midnight can i loose the weight in 10 days?

whoa whoa whoa girl!!! thats a bit...bad. unless you were being sarcastic. but if you're really doing that..then I suggest you stop. that is WAY unhealthy.

2 questions
1 . how tall are you?
2. why do you want to be at 82 pounds
ps. if you are trying to do it for a guy , dont , guys think really skinny girls are creepy, or at least i do ... , besides , having a little weight on isnt a bad thing , i weigh 190 pounds and i love t , love the skin you are in .

then why , your bmi is already 15 , (unhealthayly low) , what is the reason you are trying to do this?

that is way unhealthy
im 5'6 and 15 and the normal weight is 126 pounds
Ur way way unweight and u can die from that

And as well as that, you will most likely gain weight or not lose any... cause, say you were eating 1000 calories a day and then all of a sudden you start eating 500 calories, then your body will adjust and burn even less fat... so yeah it is quite not a very good idea.

Are you trying to kill yourself? Seriously, what you're doing is outright dangerous. And working out when you have no fat to lose, and no food in your stomach is dangerous, and sure, you'll lose some weight but what you're doing is destroying your body.
You need to talk to a therapist or someone like that
