Ice cream, chocolate. Any thing fattening that you don't eat too much of normally. A good movie with friends, eat eat eat. Take your mind of it, and talking to some one can help too

Hey Will:
Why do you want to cure a broken heart, why don't you want it to break?
(I'm not teasing you.)
Maybe when that one thing breaks, something else will replace it.
It hurts, but it is normal and all part of life. Easy for me to say - since I've never been there? Lol, you should have seen how my heart was blown up into a million little pieces and was trying to piece it back together.
Just have good people at your side to help you through, and give it time.
Hope this helps.
