I dont live with my parents im live with my grandparents and i know that impossible cuz i think he'll telll my grandparents If the doctor tells your grandparents, it is illegal and he can loose his job. He/she can only tell someone else about your medical history with your permission This is known as doctor/patient confidentiality, and it is required by the law that he keep your information private.

I don't understand why you felt compelled to let him violate you in the first place. Kids who play grown-up games face grown-up consequences. At least you'll learn from this experience. Best of luck.

Why is intercourse necessarily "violation"?
To the original poster, you can go to a Planned Parenthood clinic if there is one in your area, without a parent or guardian. I believe they give free pregnancy tests. Just tell them that you have no insurance and that you can't let your parents know; they will do what they can to help you.

As far as I know you can see your doctor about it and they can not tell your parents with out your consent. How old are you ?

You 14 which is legal age, you agreed to have sex it sounds like so I wouldn't say you were viloated by the male.

Er, 14 is not legal in any place that I know of... where do you live?
However, I agree that this is not violation, unless you did not consent to the sex.

The legal age of consent is not 14. It's either 16 or 18, depending on where you live. Technically this is statutory rape, because you are deemed unfit to give consent at your age.

In some places the legal age is 14, We do not know where she lives so we can not say if it was legal or not.

Even if it wasn't rape if your underage he could go to jail All you can do is go to the doctors or get a home pregnancy test. You need to know if your pregnant.

She is right. Rape is only the criminal name they put on it. Basically the lawyers say that you are too young to make the decision, so even if you say that you consent it is rape.

Statuatory rape laws differ depending on the age of the older person, though. A 40 year old who has sex with a 14 year old will be proseuted differently than an 18 year old who has sex with the same 14 year old. Also, I don't remember the original poster saying that the person she had sex with was older than her.

A table is here: www.avert.org/aofconsent.htmGoing back to the original question. Yes, it is most definitely possible you are pregnant. However, it is unlikely. The only way to tell for sure is to ask a doctor. If you're afraid of your parents finding out, you need to get over any issues with them (and maybe you should've thought of that before doing it). Above all, go see a doctor. Or get a pregnancy test kit. you can get one from a chemist or pharmacist.

Well, we've already told her what we think is the best course of action. We can't exactly reiterate this information constantly, and we were talking about rape because it pertains to her case somewhat.
