A preliminary legal order sometimes issued to keep a situation unchanged pending decision upon an application for an injunction.
A legal order issued against an individual to restrict or prohibit access or proximity to another specified individual.

Well the document gives you a distance he stays away from you, like however many miles or feet. And I'm sure he goes to jail if he violates it.

Well if it would, then do it. It doesn't mean he'll stay away, he can still get closer. You'll just have to report it if he does.

This sounds a bt drastic though. Wouldn't it be easier to ask this person to stop following you?

Can't you just tell him to *beep* off? Obviously he does it to get your attention, and it seems an immature ploy to get your attention because he likes you. Maybe. That's just my guess. A restraining order would only make the 'hunt' more entertaining. You need to deal with the problem at its root cause rather than patching it.

Okay, at the begining of the School year, when I got back from England etc. I started to like him, then well, he was talking to my friends and saying stuff like ' yea im going to get into bed with her, have sex with her and get her a rep as a s*ut' so when my friends told me what he said, I ignored him, and got my brother after him to tell him to knock it off. Well he stopped, for a little. Then umm, in gym class one day he slapped my ass, so i kicked him and told him to go away. Then he started grabbing my boobs, slapping my ass, calling me fat, calling me ugly, and telling my boyfriend he should break up with me. It's driving me insane, I'm always telling him to get lost. He just wont do it.

I still think your safest bet is a restraining order, at least that'll get him in trouble. That or tell someone if you haven't..

Man, that sounds so immature. But seriously, getting a restraining order might show him you're serious, but it'll only exacerbate the situation because, again, it's the fun of the 'hunt'. Kick him in the face. Or, kick him in the nuts. He deserves it, and it's self-defence. What's he going to do, sue you? Counter-sue for assault or sexual harassment. Go to a school nurse, police officer etc. While I never trust the police, in this case they'll be sympathetic because you're female and the aggressor is male.
