Hola! Well the thing is, is that I day dream A LOT in school. I mean sometimes I won't even notice it until somebody says my name, or something else. Any advice on how to make my day dreaming go away? My new years resolution was to get better in school and I can't do it if I'm not focusing!!

You can't stop daydreaming. It just diminishes as you get older.

Well I don't want to stop it completely. I love daydreaming!! I just want to focus more in school, and it's basically impossible for me because I usually end up doing it anyways no matter how hard I try not to.

That's like saying, 'I should really (just a random example) play more sports and spend less time on the Internets... but it feels so good, so I don't want to stop!' The key thing here is that sometimes you gotta do things you hate, in order to end up happier in the long run.

Concentrate on the class and the task at hand

basically you've just got to do your work one problem at a time. focus on the single line you are doing, and say it over in your head.

Why do you want to stop day dreaming?? Its so much better than reality!
To stop myself daydreaming (and saying things out loud by accident-bite down on your tongue!) i fix my eyes on the teacher or my work and keep blinking cause otherwise your eyes glaze over and your dreaming again.
Its so difficult though!

Hahaha yeah it's really hard for me to stop because it IS so much better than reality sometimes. I had to stop yesterday because we had to watch a movie and then state six facts about it. I actually didn't daze out into space though

i have this same promblem(especially during geometry) when i start to daydream i usally think about somthing worse or more boring than whats happening to cause me to daydream. An example is, my math teacher is proving every quadritlaterial has 360 degrees in it and i start to daydream, so to focus i think to myself "hey it could be worse than this, the refs could help the steelers win another superbowl or i could be stuck in the middle of nowhere because my car brokedown, heck this class is only 45 minutes even i can focus that long." I hope that helps

Hey atleast you have a good imagination try not daydreaming so much in class and do it at home laying in bed or something.
