I just keep having like these anger out bursts. Like yesturday i was hanging out at the mall with my friends and it was past curfew but my friends where still there and when she called saying she was gonna pick me up she was complaing about it so I started to like cuss her out on the phone and stuff. I meen like I almost made her cry today cuse I was yelling at her. Like I dont have a reason to be mad. Like I was mad at my dad becouse he was being a complete prick and said if youre not ready in 3 minutes im not driving you to the party so I started calling him like a prick and an ass hole. Then I turned around and did the same thing to my mom.
I dont know why but latley ive lashed out at every one. I almost tackled like my best friend to the ground and started pushing her just cuse she nocked a pen out of my hand. Then I called my other best friend a Bitch for no appearent reason.
Any ideas on like well how to stop?

somethings bothering you do you know what it is? have you thought about it? I got like this before because I was mad at someone else but since I couldnt confront them I took it out on everyone else. once I confronted them I stoped lashing out at people. You could like stop yourself when you know your going to get mad or like when your dad gives you a time limit ignore it and just get ready as fast as you can because arguing about it just going to use up the time he has given you. Atleast then if you are over 3 min or w/e you can say I was going as fast as I can.

Well I cant ever tell when Im going to be mad it just happens....

if you see yourself in a situation that you get mad in, get out of it ASAP.
If your parents/siblings are annoying you, tell them you need so time alone, and just go to your room and listen to music or something.
If its at school, ask to go to the bathroom or whatever, Just get away from the people/things that make you angry, and come backwhen you are calm.
