You said you eat a lot in meals, then skip because you think you've eaten too much? At lunch, breakfast, and dinner, try not to starve yourself, or stuff yourself. Take a good portion of everything but don't eat until you're so stuffed you couldn't eat another bite. Then, you might not be compelled to skip meals as much.

But dont get too hyped up on the three meals a day, three snacks a day thing. I know that's how much you should have, but basically eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. No government statistics can determine how much you as an individual needs to eat. That's just recommended guidelines... Keep Safe, XO
