OK- I know this is sooo hypocrytical after what I've been saying on this board, but shhh (And if any one from my friendship group reads this, please don't say any thing to me about it, as this is the only place I can talk without being shouted at or scared of people telling my mother. And I was here first ) Right- since about Sunday, I've been eating one small meal a day, no snacks, and excercising a lot. And, I know I shouldn't like it, but every time I go on the scales it's less and less, and in 5 days I've gone from 7.12 to 7.6.... And it makes me really happy. I want to keep loosing weight before the summer (As I have a bulge that is REALLY annoying me) but I want to do it safely.... Any ideas?

Hun, your not going to have any energy to even excersize. Your going to pass out. I don't want anything bad to happen to you please eat Charlie! You know how to do it safely ( Good food and excersize) its the only healthy way.

Yeah, I have eaten now, one of my friends noticed my diet, but now, whenever I look in the mirror all I see is fat... not me, fat. And I'm stopping myslef going into the bathroom now, cos I know that if I did I will go on the scales, and I don't want to see what today has done. It's really stupid, cos I'm always giving advice to others about eating, but I can't bear to eat more than one meal a day. I makes me feel dirty, and ill, and I don't like it. And I'm fine excercisind, I just take watewr with me when I go on a jog or bike ride. And I do excercice! And I do eat healthy food! Just maybe not quite enough...

hmm u shud try to a eat a few small meals a day an stil do excercse..tht way u wil still loose weight but safely....last year i used to eat 5 proper meals a day (mad i kno) but then everynite i did 5 hours of walkin...a 3 mile run an then an hour in the gym..everyday:S..an on the weekends i did twice tht amount..an i stayed at jus under 6 and a half stone....wiv 5 meals a day??? how mad is tht...unfortunatly..now i eat less..an do les excercse n hav put on alot of weight..neways sorry didnt mean to get side trackd, if u would likee to stay healthy eat healthy food but a mixture each dayand prefeerably atleast 3 meals..

lol yeah I hate when we want something to happen like right away and it can't, I always feel that way but really things take time, things will happen with a little hard work and some patience.

But it's the only way that woprks for me with the speed I want it to. OK- I've worked out a compromise. Once I get to my tarhet weight, I will stop trying to loose it.

I think I will try to eat healthily and excercise... or just have 3 meals, but no snacks in between.... for the moemnt any how. Thanks for replying every one.

Ok, I converted it and it says: 7.12 stone = 99.68 pounds 7.6 stone = 106.4 pounds That doesn't make any sense to me; how did you lose weight if 7.12st equals less pounds than 7.6st?? I'm confused... And how tall are you?? I need to know to help you.

Yeah... but if you are between 99 and 106 pounds, that is PLENTY thin. That's very thin, actually... if you lost more than 5 pounds, you would be too thin, so don't plan on losing any more... however, I don't know your height, but if you are over 5'3 don't lose any more because you are already very thin.
