See your doctor it could be something like a thyroid because you say your eating right and working out regularly so I dont know. Maybe step it up to 45 min then a hour etc.

keep doing what you're doing. for many people it can take quite a long time, just keep it up. even if it takes a long time, if you keep it up it will get better. also try different weight watchers and possibly talk to your doctor. you can do it.

Once again - you should talk to a professional, and see if they could get you on a different plan, or tell you that what you're doing will help eventually, as bgolem30 was saying.
Don't give up! It's great that you have a motive to pursue this, and you'll be losing weight in no time ^-^.

I agree- this is an disorder help page, not an encourage people into stupid habits and grrrr. Don't do that- it'll muck you up.

((sorry for digging up an old topic but I JUST thought of this)) I take anti-depressants and one of the side effects is rapid weight gain. With a lot of different anti-depressants you could eat very healthy and excersize a lot but you'll still gain weight fast. This doesn't happen to everyone but I know that it's very common.

Well if you re going to try a diet i would like to suggest one. It is culled "The crumpler diet. ((my last name )).
OK so this is how it works: You don't eat anything till 6:00Pm.
It sounds REALLY stupid but my dad lost 35 pounds in 2 months! he told me he looks at it more as a life style then a diet and he is going to continue eating like this till he is old and grows gray hairs! My sister has also tried out this "life style" and lost 20 pounds in a short time period. They both say if you work it keeps your mind off it and you don't even notice.
So i highly recommend this.

Do you take anti-depressants? They make people gain wieght rapidly as a side effect sometimes.

but then won't that make you ill? Because you can't eat all the food and nutrients you need to in like... one meal. I suggest seeing a nutricionalist. wow I can spell.

Its only till 6... and my dad has went to the Doctor about this and they say that it is perfectly fine to eat like this. (( he doesn't eat like it EVERY SINGLE DAY OF HIS LIFE.. like almost everysunday we go out to eat after church and he eats every time and some Saturdays he has lunch and when his work does a meeting thing he eats. But just eat to eat he doesn't let himself do that!)) And he has NEVER gotten sick from this.
