I don't feel comfortable yet with telling them and I still think it's a bad idea. I'm scared of their reaction. They're the type of parents to ask my why and yell at me and say that I have it so much better and yea they're gonna hate me.

wow Teddy that must be so hard to have to hide everything because you're scared of their reactions! I couldn't even imagine, I think parents should make themselves open so their kids will tell them anything. Unfourtantly thats not the case here. Sometimes you just have to lay it out there and say "screw it" too their reactions, Be honest and open. I know its really friggin hard to do something like that, leaving yourself vunerable to being yelled at or disagreed with but it may help. If your parents don't wish to help you thats fine you can find help yourself with out them. You can talk to people in your community and they will help you. You can't live holding everythiig in. Its only been one month since the eating thing has happened; you're best to get help now before it gets worse.
