Ok so i stoped cutting and i have been cut free for a wile. BUT Im starting to turn anorexic i dont eat like ever and its affecting my cheer and everything else. I just fell so self concious about my body and i think that im to fat so if i dont eat and i excersize A LOT (wich i do) then ill finaly be skinny enough. I dont know what to do becouse i think my cheer coach knows im not eating enough....

I've seen pictures hun- you are not fat. Look- you do not need to loose weight. You need to stop before it goes too far and you can't stop.

Okay just to inform you, not eating altogether will not to show any results for a while. When you stop eating your body slowly uses up your body fat and your metabolizsm will slow down decreasing the use of your body fat. As long as you eat healthy (meaning fruits, veggies, and the right amount of carbs) plus calcium, and you work out daily you will get skinnier and be much healthier. When you stop eating you loose nutrients that your body needs to help function. So while you do get skinnier you also get weaker and it will affect your cheering. You won't be as active which could eventually lead to you getting booted off the team. Those are just some things to think about. I wish you the best of luck. <3

Fluffy has hit the nail on the head-so to speak. If you like to cheer then don't be anorexic ror else you'll get hurt doing all of the jumping around stuff because your so weak.

AND the fact you can talk about it and say you're not eating too well indicates you're not in too far... sdo I suggest eat better now.

I also suggest that you tell your parents about this. Admit that you have a problem and you want to get better. Perhaps they can set up therapy sessions for you and the sessions may help you boost your confidence.

Yuor stomach shrinks and then your body starts not accepting food.
Are you going to try and stop or not?

Since you cheer its very important for you too eat healthy and regulary. You're off to a good start by eating a little bit, you should add some more to what you eat. Maybe grilled chicken and salad. 100% Fruit juice is good for you too.
