When I go to bed I usually don't fall asleep till 3 in the morning. And when I fall asleep I always see nightmares and wake up all sweaty and scared! Then I fall asleep again and next morning I am exhausted.
I dread to sleep because I am afraid of my nightmares...Can someone help me? My doctor recommended me some pills but I refuse to take them, I know they will make all the situation worse. Please I'm desperate....

I used to hae problems like this and i accepted some pills off my doctor. Do you know what type they are? I came off them a while ago, but began getting the nightmares a couple of months ago again, so am taking natracalm and kalms nights to help me sleep- when I was younger herbasl recipes helped as well. Try some thing more natural, and see if that helps!

Hm- or try lavender under your pillow. If I were you, go to a health shop and explain your problem- natural remidies shouldn't hurt your stomach!

Lucid dreaming. It's when you realise in your dream that you're dreaming, and with this realisation you can literally control your dream and do whatever you like. Fly, face fears, whatever. All you have to do is realise you're dreaming.

The problem is that I only see nightmares! I am afraid to sleep because of them...Its not that I think they are true but I am scared of them! Plus I don't sleep many hours!

Well, go to sleep expecting to see them. When you see them, you'll realise you're dreaming and you can do something else in your dream.
