When someone says something, even when it isn't' mean, I take it to heart and I dwell a lot on it, like big time. And, it can last for days, even when its nothing at all. Is there any way I can get over this or get my self out of it? I think its because I care way too much, and I wish I could stop.. not stop caring but caring so much. It's like if you looked at me and said "shut up", I'd take that to heart.. and I have no idea why, but I would dwell on that for hours even days...
Any advice on how i can stop doing that? thanks!

Have a sense of humor or maybe tell the person how you feel. I have a problem with this and it can get really hard..
