I have a really bad habit that wrecked one of my relationships with a guy! I once started smoking with my sis, then I stopped. And now I started with my friend and that got her (my friend) grounded for 5 months, so it's ruining my life!!! I really need help!!! I really want to get back 2gether with my ex-boyfriend. He dumped 4 that reason and now i feel horrible! Please help me.

Take how ever many smokes you smoke a day and count down like for example.
If you smoke 10 smokes do it for ten days.
1st day- 10 smokes 2nd day- 9 smokes 3rd day- 8 smokes
and so on. When you get to the 10th day you don't smoke after that.

That's a good idea, but surely shouldn't you take 1 off the number? Because if you started your first day of giving up having the same amount as you usualy do, then that night you'd feel you'd made no progress. But I don't smoke ciggarettes(sp?), so I don't know.
