It is very easy to change your age on your profile. Do not trust him just because he says that he is your age. Take a friend with you. If he dosent want you to tell anyone watch out! He may not be who he seems to be, you need to be vary careful meeting people on the net because there are a large group out there who only want to hurt girls like you.

BE CAREFUL!! I think you should NOT meet him even if you bring friends with you. He could attack all your friends if he is older. Anyone can change there age on a profile. I know this because my cousin pretends shes older all the time! I really don't believe in meeting peeps of the net. You never know what your getting yourself into. He could be a 40 yr old creep. Him telling you not to tell anyone is a big red flag if you ask me.

Think about it... why would someone ask you NOT to tell anybody else? This person is probably dangerous. Just because he says he's 14 does not mean it's true. I really don't think you should go alone to meet this person... in fact, I don't think you should meet this person at all. Someone who was really a nice person and liked you would not tell you "no one else can come, you have to come alone." That is a major red flag. Why would he want you to come alone unless he wanted to make sure nobody knew where you were?

LISTEN! This is very serious, if you are not careful you could get very seriously hurt, or even killed, please do not meet this person so quickly, and without your parents permission, if he is only fourteen, why on earth would he care about meeting you without anyone knowing?! If you must meet up, bring your parents or someone along, in daylight. Say he is just a friend from school or something, your parents wont be suspicious. Just please dont meet him in the dead of the night with no one else around, I know there is a good chance that he is who he says he is, but there is also the danger that he is not. Please listen to us and wait more before you see him. This is very important.

Agree.. if he doesn't want you to tell any one, that probably means he's lying. If you have to go and meet him, go in the day time with friends, some where where there are lots of people like a cafe or a pizza place, and TELL PEOPLE where you are. Keep your mobile on, and stay where there are lots of people. But it's best not to meet him at all.

I wouldn't take the chance. This guy has asked you to go out after your parents are asleep. Now why would a 14 year old boy ask someone to do that? I don't think he is the age he says he is and I hope you never went to meet him. If he is 14 he wouldn't care about people thinking your stupid or weird for meeting someone on the Internet. I wouldn't even go with my friends I'd go with my parents. There could be more then just this guy there and you and your friends could be helpless. Its a really bad decision if you decide to go.

DO NOT GO! THAT IS THE FIRST RULE OF INTERNET SAFTEY! NEVER MEET SOMEONE IN PERSON THAT YOU MEET ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!! Many, many, many women and young females (even teenage boys) have met someone online. They have trusted this person. This person claimed they were the same age, but they really weren't. You have no idea who you're talking to on the internet. I assume I'm talking to teens, but for all I know, you all could be 90! This could be a predator. Do not go! Submit an online tip to the FBI. This is exactly what is the FBI is for. To submit a tip go to: www.ic3.gov/This man could be a rapist or a murderer! Please, please, please do not go! Tell your parents, get the police or someone else! Tell an adult, but do not go! DO NOT GO! Please do not go!

Cassie,
I know you are in love, but please consider everyone's suggestions. Please Cassie, think about it, oh course none of us know this dude, but do you? You're probably going to be sad and upset after reading the following, but please consider the possibility that maybe, this is what this dude is really like.
1.) "he lovezz me so he wouldbt lie thnx" I could easily type that I love (insert whoever's name), if I wanted to - it doesn't make it true.
Already, I think he has lied to you:
"he said jus cuz ppl woudl say i am dumb for seeing a guy on the net like alooser"
Personally, I would NEVER think that my friend is dumb for telling me she/he is seeing someone on the net. I would be happy that he/she is in love, and be glad that the individual told me, wouldn't you? Exactly like you say, if he loves you, he will not lie to you, but already he has LIED to YOU - can you really trust him?
What would you do if one of your friend told you that she was going to see this dude, she's only talked to over the internet - at night, ALONE, and without anyone knowing!? Would you let her go? What would you do?
Hope you are doing okay. Please Take care Cassie.
