Here's a couple suggestions:
- Relax, and take in deep breaths when you feel the urge.
- Stay away from sharp things.
- Try something new after school. Like, an afterschool program.
- Listen to music to get your mind away.
- Also try something relaxing, and as silly as Yoga or Meditation may seem, it would help.
- Hang out with friends and family more.

One way that might possibly help is holding a few ice-cubes nd squeezing them in your hand,as hard as you want. This will be better then cutting yourself,nd is relieving the stress & emotion in a different way. The cold ice-cubes on your hand may make you feel better Much better then cutting yourself Take Care xx nd keep strong,you can do this

ice cubes work for me sometimes but drawing on your self with a red washable marker works most of the time its almost like your cutting but its not harming u

Have you tried talking to a counseller or just sitting and crying untill you feel better? I see on this site there is a thread with many ways on how to stop. You should check it out. Its called SI urges. If what you have tierd doesn't work keep trying it. Sometimes you have to try and fail a few times before you get it. Good luck
