cleeshay answer but abstenance is the only way and that is not having sex at all coz condoms break and some girls forget to take the pill etc.

There is no 100 % way, (except what little mikey said which made me giggle) You should ALWAYS use a condom even if you take the pill because of STD's though.

yeah. pretty much abstinence. i've heard from a friend, however, that birth control pills are, like 99.7% effective. although she's probably just saying that to excuse putting out to her bf after the third date...whatever.
anyway, abstinence is the way to go. it'll prevent more stress that you could ever imagine.

So basically, there is no 100% protection method.

The only way to be 100% assured that there won't be a pregnancy is to make absolutely sure there's NO contact between a woman's vagina and a man's sperm, even theoretically. So that means no penis-in-vagina sex, no ejaculation NEAR the vagina, and no... uh... sitting down in a pool of ejaculate. ^_^
Things that are pretty damn close to 100%:
birth control pill condoms combined with spermicide tracking ovulation and abstaining completely from PIV intercourse when the woman is fertile. But this is tricky and not that easy to learn.

Don't have sex. Simple. Not difficult.
