Do long-distance relationships work? If so….can they work for FOUR YEARS (or more!!!!!) What is involved in a long-distance relationship? How do the two people keep the relationship going? PLEASE can anyone out there offer me any advice via email??PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!can you offer me any advice as my sister seems very upset and I don't know how to help her. First off, It's wonderful that your helping your big sister out! Second, I have found that long distance relationships don't normally last, it really just depends on each person. Your sister might be able to still visit her boyfriend in the summer and maybe even on weekends. I hope all goes well

I agree. They'll just need to try it out, see how it goes, and as long as they trust each other fully and see each other as much as possible with out it getting in the way of work, I'm sure they'll do fine. How long hve they been together?
