You need to take it easy for a while and think really hard about which one you want to do because you can really hurt yourself trust me on that.... Im part of JROTC and i also run everyday and practice softball and i have trouble keeping up with my softball and running everyday because of JROTC but i hurt myself because of it so you really need to take it easy you dont want to get hurt

Yeah, take a break for a week or so-you might feel a bit better about after that. Also, make sure you relax for a bit each day-the less stress you have, the less tired you will be.

how long has your schedule looked the way it does? if it's been less than, say, a month, i'd hang in there. your body simply needs to be pushed to the limit every day until it develops a NEW limit, or what some coaches call a "second wind". it's not the most pleasant process in the world, but it's worth it if you're serious about drill and cheer. just make sure your diet is as balanced as possible so your body has access to what it needs to develop your second wind.
on the other hand, if you've been going at it for awhile now without feeling any better, maybe it is time for a change in schedule. i mean, for some people, there's only so much you can take before you just shut down. if you think this is the point, stop before you hurt yourself.
