Im a little confused.. Are you asking what we use to make our private parts smell nice..cos what you use doesnt work? I just use what i use on my body. Body cream, shower gel..stuff like that If your down below area smells, then you might have an infection. See a doctor if your worried ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

The vagina itself is self-cleaning, so it's not a good idea to stick soap up inside you! But you can wash the outer and inner"lips" with a mild soap, and everything should be fine. Just don't scrub too hard -- and don't douche either, that will destroy the natural balance of the vagina.
If regular soap irritates your vulva, they sell special low-pH soaps that are designed especially for the vagina. You could probably find these at health food stores, if not, just try to get a "natural" soap with less chemicals in it.

Also, don't forget that it's normal for your vulva to have a particular smell. It's not going to be totally scent-free or smell like strawberries, but it's okay. When you're wearing underwear, nobody around you is going to notice as long as you wash and rinse regularly. It's like the smell of your period -- nobody around you can tell even if you can, unless you're bleeding through your clothes.
The only time someone is going to be able to smell your vulva is if they're "face to face" with it! And in that case, don't worry. Most people who have sex with girls like the smell.
