Since been depressed, ive found that i eat a hell of a lot! Im only 5ft and 14yrs old. I currently weigh 7stone. I know that sounds absolutely normal and thin etc,but..i do have a chubby belly, whether you say 'thats silly' or not lol
Ive shown my mum,and shes like 'oh god your not chubby' but i would like a tummy that doesnt stick out. I used to have a flat stomach, but i find myself eating loads in the past year or so. I can eat 2 packets of crisps, then a chocolate bar,3 biscuits,5 ice pops, drink fizzy drinks..i am such a pig honest!
I was wondering if there was a safe diet of some sort out there that could help me lose a few pounds quick. When i say quick,i mean quicker then a month, cos i dont want to wait that long to lose the pounds i want to.

There is no healthier way to loose weight other then to pase yourself, eat healthy food and excersize. Now I know you don't like to excersize so that is like a road block for you. If you truely want to do this your going to have to do some sort of excersize, Do you play any sports or anything? Even going for a walk every night will help and it doesn't take much energy or work to do that. You need to set a rational goal that is acheivable one month to loose weight should be a bit longer. Even 2 months would be more realistic, setting yourself in such a tight time frame may cause you pressure, stress and setting yourself up for dissapointment if you don't make it. If you think about, you start now, flips your eating lifestyle around and in no time you will loose the weight you want. You could even loose what you want before the 2 months is up. You're human, its going to take time and engery no matter what.

If its a flat tummy you want, then its not a diet you need, its toning.
Do 20 sit ups in the morning everyday and increase them by 5 every week, to make it flatter.

However, just so you know, the idea that women should have perfectly flat stomachs is not realistic. Stomachs curve out a little bit. It's normal. The idea of a flat stomach being beautiful is totally random. Who decided that something flat is more beautiful than something rounded?
It would probably be better for you to give up the junk food, candy, and sodas. Don't eat sugary junk foods or processed foods. Eat more whole grains, veggies, organic foods, stuff like that, and get some exercise... but do it so you can be healthier and happier, not just to lose pounds. Good luck!

Just try to stop the extra eating..you used to have a flat stomach, go back to that diet. It'll probably get better once you just start eating normally again.
Just so you know, don't feel it has to be perfectly flat. Like ^ said, stomachs have a slight curve to them. Even if you look at those girls that seems to have a killer body, they aren't perfect.
