I was hanging out with some female friends and we realized we were all on our periods. I also work with all women and we were almost *all* menstruating at the same time. I think it's so weird/cool that women's periods synch up like that if they are in close contact. Does this ever happen to any of you?

My mom and I usually start around 2-3 days apart from each other... maybe it's an 'I don't know thing' thing?

Yeah, it definitely has to do with pheremones and stuff. I saw something on the Discovery channel where researchers showed that when women smell each other's sweat (like literally sniffing shirts that another woman has worn) their cycles begin to synch up. It's so interesting!
