Myself, I use my self control to resist urges. I need a firm reign on myself. I want to do alot of stuff that would put me in jail.

Uh, sleep...tv...lol basically my two favorite things. Music and sports used to distract me for a while but then they kinda seemed to just...not work anymore. But now I'm trying to learn guitar so that helps. I like to try and do lots of new things because when I stick to just a few then it gets kinda old and less distracting. And writing is something i've been doing for years...amazing how much it actually helps. Not that i'll probably ever show it to anyone until i'm famous lol

My father, my friends, track and field, playing the cello, singing, dancing, talking, reading, writing, listening to music, going on the computer, etc.
The list goes on and on and on and on!

My anti-drug would be life, and faith.
Life, because life is worth more to me then a little high. Faith, because things are never as bad as they seem.
The one thing that seems to cheer me up the most is myself. If I am in a bad mood, I will stop my train of thought - think about all the blessings I have instead. Just recognize that the problem is present due to (insert problem), and move on.
Things that help cheer me up:
1.) Walking & mediating 2.) Listening to music & singing along 3.) Writing/drawing 4.) Keep myself busy: cleaning, extra home work, small challenges, chores, etc.
Just so I can keep myself distracted until I am in a better mood. Besides, I always have too much energy, and it is a good way to get things done and burn off that energy.
