okay im 18 yrs old and Im wayy over weight and have been since I was little. Summer is in 2-3 months and I want to loose weight fast. I dont know how to do it tho. I've been excersizing and stuff but I dont know it doesnt seem to work cuz Ive been doing it for a year and I seem to stay the same weight. I tried starving myself and excersizing constantly but no luck. Now Im going to purge take pills or do whatever to loose wieght if I cant find another way. I weigh 268 lbs right now and want to be atleast 200lbs in June. What are some good ways?

oh and i saw a girl on oprah who lost weight on meth so im considering that also or w/e else drug works. Ive never done drugs before but I dont care and Im 5'5 tall. Anything it takes im doing it so yea.

Different things work for different people, please don't do things to ruin your body. It will make you ill physically and mentally, talk to your docyor PLEASE. They will advise you of SAFE ways to loose weight. Keep safe hun, XO

Yeah, and don't starve yourself! Then, when you do start to eat, you gain weight. I think you gain more weight than you lost. But, try just eating healthy foods and watching calories and stuff. Do you excersize in the mornings? Try going running early because I heard you lose more weight if you excersize in the morning than if you do it in the evening. Don't know if it's true, but it's worth a shot and running is good for you.
And yeah, go to your doctor. If nothin has helped so far then he might be able to give you something. Maybe he'll check your metabolism or something. Oh, and when you don't eat your metabolism slows down! Try eating smaller meals more often throughout the day to keep it up so that yo won't feel hungry and you'll digest your food faster.

like they said^^^ dont starve yourself and dont do meth...Dont do meth because even if you do loose weight you will loose you life, (meaning you will be addicted to it, and let your life go...or you will die) and if you starve yourself or purge....it isnt gonna get any better...you wont even have a summer to look forward to by starving yourself or purgeing...., because you will get tired, pass out, and many other things....you wont have fun....the best thing to do is eat healthy, exercise, like play a physical sport or something..to help you loose weight the right way!!!

The best thing to do is get off that couch, don't thing running for 5 minutes is going to do anything, eat healthy food, that is the best thing you can do, no more chocolate or mcdonalds, 6 small meals a day. Eat salad for dinner, one big bowl of salad, eat fruit, breads, small portions of meat and dairy. Stay away from the fatty foods. After sticking to a healthy diet start to excercise, and that means 30 minutes of areobics 3-4 times a week. Keep that up and you'll feel great about yourself, maybe head over to a pool and do laps a couple times a week.

drugs rnt goin to do anything. eat properly and excersize its the only good n' healthy way to loose weight. its stupid to use drugs to loose weight its just going to ruin ur lfie

hey there. yes, i agree with all of them drugs, starving yourself, purging.. none of it will do any good, it only causes harm. not to get you down, but there arent any safe ways really to lose 68 pounds in just a couple months. i was upset about my weight a while back and just decided to eat a lot healthier. cut the snacks after school, fruit/healthy stuff, possibly boxed like michelinas, healthy choice, or brands like that really help for meals. find a few reallyl healthy things you like and stick with them. the good habits will stick after a while. i did this and lost 20 pounds fairly quickly. it helped me a lot. also, i dont know if you have access to weight watchers plans but just maybe go by that a little bit if you can, like internet search or get a couple books with points or point calculators. it helps a lot because you can eat almost anything, just in better proportions and everything. please, do not do anything harmful. Probably the last thing you want to hear is that you can't lose 68lbs by June - so I won't say it. The only way, would be to cut off an arm or leg - DON'T DO IT!
It is not easy being over the average weight, but is it really worth risking your life, and taking meds? I agree with everyone on the site, but I'm not gonna repeat it - cuz I'm sure you heard enough.
Bottom line is, we all care about you Anna. We are all saying this out of concern. Of course, we can't stop you from taking meds to lose weight, but please reconsider the consequences. We like you for who you are, no matter what weight you are - see, we all care about you: doesn't matter if you are 200lbs, or 268lbs. You're still Anna to all of us on the site (apologize for speaking on everyone's behalf).
Unless directed by your doctor to lose that much weight during that amount of time, I don't recommend it because usually it will leave your body in shock, and that has major consequences: if you want to know more, contact your doctor, or a nutritionist (at hospitals), they are great help, and can help you figure out a safe, and healthy way to lose weight. Professions don't just help you lose weight, they can help you keep it off too - if that is what you want.

well i don't think you should use drugs as you must be very insecure to go to that length, but i have a good little tip its very easy, well when you feel hungry theres a 75% chance you are really thirsty!! so you should take a drink whenever your feeling hungry and see how things are!,also try to drink 2 pints of water a day it flushes all the toxins out of your body! and u should try doing 30 crunches a night thats really good for firming up! , and also hunni remember you are beautiful in every way and no1 else should tell you different, maybe you should work on your insecurities as well!! keep safe lots of love! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
