Dear Killerstyle: What makes you think that you need to lose weigh in the first place? 1.) If it is to be healthy: it is more unhealthy to lose weight the wrong way, then to be over the average weight. You will gain twice the weight later - and fall into the cycle of yo-yo diets. 2.) If it is to look good: you have never looked better and don't need to lose weight to look good. You are beautiful no matter how you look. You just needed to hear it, to believe it right ? - Well I just told you . 3.) If that is the only way you can think of: try talking to a nutritionist, or your doctor. There are other options available - to lose weight the healthy way and keep it off. 4.) If it is for a boy: he can wait, because all things good take time. So take your time with losing weigh. Good luck, hope that helps.

Personally, I skip meals and only eat once or twice just because I can't eat that much everyday. But how you said this makes it sound like you are trying to loose weight for people. Is that the case? I would eat normally, 2-3 meals a day and eat what is right for you and your body (that is what I am doing now). Try to explain it a little more, I am a little confused. Sorry about this.

It would help a lot if you explained it...but no rush.
First of all, don't say it's selfish to seek help. You give a lot of advice to other people, and I am more than happy to give advice to you.
Second... are you telling us that you're, like, annorexic (sp)? Or are you just trying to lose some weight? Either way, you might want to consider what's good for you. Your body needs food to give it energy, which helps you day to day, and it's really, really unhealthy to stop eating, even just for a bit. People have died, as I'm sure you know. Try to stop...

Well I used to be anerxic and I was slipping into my old habits again so it helps when people are VERY blunt on the outcomes of going back to that position again.

Dear Killerstyle:
Well, what made you stop the first time? You've been there, and you've stopped- you know the consequences. What is tempting you to start again? You've made such progress by stopping, so why go back now? You are a smart girl, and I'm sure you know first hand the "why not". By the way, I'm proud of you for stopping in the first place, it must have been hard, and taken a lot of effort.
