I just want to know if anyone else has this problem sometimes. Sometimes, when I go a long time without eating, I can't eat. For an example. Two days ago, I felt sick to my stomach...I hadn't eatin anything for 1-2 days and it made me feel sick. When someone mentioned food it felt like I would throw up and I couldn't eat anything because of how I felt. Now, I am doing better but...could someone possibly let me know if this is a normal thing or just something that could be happening? Sometimes I just don't feel like eating, and others I can't stop thinking about it. It's weird. :x Anyways, any help would be nice. Thanks!

Yes it happens all the time whenever you don't eat for a long time (even a day or two). You don't even have to be bulimic or anerxic to get this feeling either. When you have the flu, usually you don't eat much. You will notice over a few days of not eating very much that food can almost make you feel sicker. Sometimes even the smell of food can make you want to throw up. After this happens and you do finally eat you might get a stomach ache because your body isn't used to being fed anymore. It will go away once you eat again. Its always a good idea whether your hungry or not to atleast eat something a few times a day to avoid this. Your stomach starts to eat itself and can result in uclers and other medical problem.

It just happens all the time for me so, I guess I will just try and eat at least 1 thing a day or more. Of course, I know I am supposed to but, sometimes it's just hard for me to eat.

You're welcome I think your stomach starts to tighten up and have like mini spazzems because its starving so you get a stomach ache. I know when I can't eat I get the same thing, If I go along time without eating due to exams or something I have to force myself to eat. Do you have an eating disorder or are you just never hungry?

Well, sometimes I just never feel like eating. It's hard to explain. Other times I am starving but I can eat, others I am starving and I feel ill to my stomach and can't touch food or I may throw up. It's weird.

Have you seen a doctor about this? Nope. I am pretty sure it isn't serious enough to go to a doctor right now, but if it does ever get bad, I will go and see one. This is a little off topic but, I really love proboards (here) for the fact that everyone is so friendly. Thank you.

It sounds like it happens all the time. That can't be good. If I were you I would get it checked out just to be sure. If it is something you could catch it before it got worse. Might just be a minor infection in your stomach lining that anti-biotics could fix. Thanks!! I really like it here too , do you have a proboards? I just made this one over a month ago.

Well, I did just get a check-up about 2-3 months ago so, hopefully that is good enough for this year. I used to run a designing proboard. It was a long time ago, I ran it with Oliver over at SolidSnakeDesigns. It was called Message Board Designs. Since then, I haven't opened one up.

Happens all the time nothing to worry about but it will give you medical problems later on if you keep doing that to your stomach

There is one time I have been spending my time so much reading that I forgot about eating for like 3 days, couldnt eat...nor get out..so my mom each time tells me to eat its like I will vomit. During a week all I did is drink..drink and drink...water..juice but couldnt eat a thing! So yea its normal, nothing to worry about.

I'm not sure if this is normal? But if you are feeling fine and doing well, then that is good.
I'm just a little concern as to where you will get your energy from, since food fuels the body, and it sounds like you skip a lot of meals.
Personally, when I can't eat or sleep, it is my body's way of telling me something is wrong, but that is just me. You know your body best.
Take care.
