cuz he prolly loses that much in one month. i only wish i could. it sounds like you maybe have an eating disorder. anorexia or bulimia, maybe one of those.

I'm sorry, but just because you loose lots of weight doesn't mean you have an Eating Disorder. And maybe they want to loose it.... Family Guy?

You could lose that much in a month but I would extend it to ATLEAST a month and a half for health reasons.

I'd suggest doing excercise and eating healthily, but set yourself an easier target. That is if you really want to loose weight...

I tried googling it, but all the sites I caan find are on how to loose weight, gain muscle... Whats your diet like now? Do you eat healthily?

I believe that loosing muscle is harder then loosing fat. I think I will have to research this some to figure it out.
