Pro-anna sites are full of people trying terribly hard to deny the reality. it's f**king terrifying to admit the pain and loss of control. So instead people surround themselves with people who support there distorted views. that way they don't have to deal with the fear and hurt. A lot of people move away from those pro-anna sites to recovery. EXACTLY! I hate Pro Ana sites...

And about the excercing thing.. When I was suffering from Anorexia, I done about 500 to 1000 sit ups a day. I found that I had the strength, the determination... But when I tried doing some last night, I could hardly do 10. It's the thing, when you're used to them, you can do them easy as pie. But you need to build yourself up. Start with 10. Rest. In your next spare 5 minutes, do 12. Just go through it like that,. in your spare time. Keep Safe all. X X X X X X X X

What everyone has said is true. You need to build yourself up even if you do 5 a day or something. I think its deffinatly worth it.
