u all kno im trying to losoe muscel.
did I eat to much today
B - eggs - toast
L- sandwhich
D- skipped

You need to eat 6 small meals a day. So that is wayyy too little. For Example, a healthy diet would be Breakfast- Eggs and Toast Snack- A piece of fruit Lunch- A Sandwich Snack- Another piece of fruit or a fruit muesli bar Dinner- A cooked meal with vegetables Supper- Some wholegrain toast.
What you're eating is too little, skipping meals can totally muck up your metabolism. Try to eat more tomorrow.

But to be healthy you need to eat 6 small meals... maybe try just eating healthily, and DON'T skip any meals.

Skipping meals will also make you thinner not just loose muscle and its not good to be too thin i have to eat around six medium sized emals a day due to an illness no one can define yet but im actually putting on muscle and haven't exercised in weeks so maybey if you take sparkles advice you will loose it but do not skip meals as it can lead to anorexia. good luck

If you skip constantly, yeah you will lose weight. But then you could gain it back in like 2 days when you eat normally. You'd have to keep skipping meals and eating less to keep it off, and that leads to eating disorders, as they said. I've heard breakfast is when you're sposed to eat the most calories and stuff, so things like eggs and toast sound good. Keep your metabolism up by eating healthy snacks when you're in between meals if you're gonna do three meals a day. If your metabolism is up then you'll burn your food better and keep eating healthy.

If your trying to loose muscle I suggest stop wate lifting and started running, push ups, situps, and jumping jacks.

It's really not a lot!
Cereal for breakfast... Apple for a snack... Sandwich for lunch.... Banana for snack.... Cooked food like Pasta for Tea... *Running out of food* Grapes for supper.
