ko today I had
B- frozen strawberries with some milk blended shake thing
L- nothing really just a few crackers and 2 pieces of cheese
D- rice and vegtables small ones like some peas and corn

fruit and veg are good... so's a little bit of fish. But you need to make sure you are getting all the food groups... please eat more?

Familyguy:
Please eat more, because I don't want to hear about you dying.
It is impossible for your body not to have one or the other: Fat & muscle.
BUT IF YOU MUST...PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
1.) Try to eat whole grain stuff, instead of white rice - it will keep you fuller longer, and you won't have to eat as much. 2.) Veggies are good too, they give you vitamins and help you digest stuff- so if you are cutting back on everything else, don't limit your veggie intake.
3.) Drink plenty of water. Water doesn't make you fat, or gain muscle, it is good for you, and will keep you full.
4.) Don't recommend eating so little, but if you decide to, please take a multivitamin or mineral suppliment - so that your body will still have some form of nutrients. Don't worry, these pills have no fat.
FINALLY If you ever feel really weak or just need to see a doctor, please go to one right away.
