Wooh! thankyou! I've never heard of wrapping your stomach in cellephane, but tbh, I don't think it would do any thing..... I can't see how it would make you loose weight. I have no idea about the next one- sorry! And I suppose it can, you're meant to take a break every 15 minutes and get some water. If you're not used to excercicing, this chance is increased as it's putting too much strain on your body. I've never tasted salt whilst loosing weight... I'll pay attention next time and tell you. I can't find any thing on google either.

ok cuz me and my friend saw on popular the tv show that the football player guy wrapped himself in selophane to loose weight or else he wouldnt make the football team and my friend saif that it worked but i dont know.
so i should stop every 15 min? i mean I just started working out today and i ran really fat on the tredmil my parents just bought on a 10 incline for like 50 min and my heart was beating real fast my friend called and i told her and she said i could have a heart attack.
so does sweating mean ur loosing weight? even if u just sweat cuz ur hot.

I'm not sure.... you burn more calories when you're cold than when you're hot, so I don't see how that can work. I'm gonna try the cellaphane thing this week, see if it works. And yeah, stop quite often just to get a drink and catch your breath. I don't think you could get a heart attack but it's probably safer.

I don't believe at your age you could have a heart attack if your healthy which you aren't because you very underweight and already putting strain on your heart and body. You shouldn't work out excessivly you need to gain weight or you are going to die. No doubt about that.

Hasn't done any thing yet except be very uncomfortable.
Look- you have to gain about 80lbs before you classed as fat, OK? So just stop excercising for a while and eat more.

I watched the same episode of "Popular" Sure it might make you sweat but keep in mind it dehydrates you and you can go into shock very easily. Its not healthy for you and he had his whole body in cellophane. It's just a show so don't get any ideas from it. You need to eat, not loose more weight.
