Maybe get a kick boxing bag or sign up for kick boxing. This is safer and you won't get arrested if caught.

I get like that a lot...and i really don't know how to deal with it. But maybe you should figure out what is making you feel that way, and deal with that. But maybe you should try throwing something that isn't of importance..at something that won't kill somone...

Have you ever tried doing kickboxing or something? I've heard it works great. I guess you never know until you try. I've never felt the need to be destructive, but I have to get into trouble. I honestly don't know why. I like the risks..but I hate getting in trouble. lol You just need to find something to take your mind off of things or relieve your stress. The more time you have on your own, the more time you think about getting into trouble.

Dear Mononicscarecrow:
What is making you feel this way? Is there anything new or different happening in your life right now?

I suggest some kind of martial art, or if the cravings are short, a run or jog. it's great for frustation, and leaves you feeling calm, if not very worn out and too tired to do any thing.
