I have avoided usuing make-up because, well, I dont know how to put it on properly and what colors to use. My main problem is mascara so if you girls or guys have any tips I would love to hear them to try something new. No one has ever told me what to do before so I just wing it but I end up getting it all around my eyes instead.

1. Consider the types of mascara and select one appropriate for your lashes and the occasion. You have a choice of lengthening, thickening, long-wearing, conditioning and waterproof formulas, among others. For day, you might decide to add length, while a night on the town may require a long-wearing or thickening formula. 2. Select a color. If you have blond or red lashes, opt for brown mascara. Darker-lashed women can consider brown for a casual look, and black or brown-black for more pronounced or dramatic lashes. 3. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler, if desired, and apply all other eye makeup prior to your mascara. 4. Remove the wand from the tube in one pull. Pumping the mascara will push air into the tube, potentially drying out the formula and introducing bacteria into it. 5. Begin with the underside of your upper lashes, moving the brush slowly upward toward the tips of your lashes. Always hold the wand parallel to your eyelid. Roll the brush slowly on the upward stroke to promote separation of the lashes. 6. Allow the first coat of mascara to dry before applying the second coat in the same manner. 7. Use an eyelash comb to separate the wet lashes. Also blot the lashes with tissue paper if necessary to remove excess mascara. 8. Use less mascara for the lower lashes. Begin where the lashes meet the rim of the lower eyelid, and gently stroke downward. 9. Remove any stray mascara around the eye with a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of eye makeup remover. Tips: Contact lens wearers should stick to waterproof mascara formulas, as they break down more slowly, minimizing the chance of any flakes getting into the eyes. Always remove eye makeup thoroughly before going to bed. This will keep lashes healthier and prevent any mascara from getting into your eyes during the night. Apply mascara after eye shadow and eyeliner.
I got that off of a site...it explains it better than I could. Just be careful not to put too much on and don't put the wand too close to your eye when applying mascara or you'll end up getting it in your eye and...ouch. lol

Yeah.. if I where you, if you don't use it much only put one layer on, or one layer of clear, and then once that dries one coloured. Or, start with just clear until you get used to it, as it doesn't show if it smudges or anything. Good luck!

Wow seems you got a lovely mixture lol ..
Here is what you need:
You are eyes are blue: Use dark black mascara. If you want to use an eyeshadow go for pale blue and brown. You can always use blue or black eye liner.
Your skin is semi-tanned: No dark lipstick. Go for Peach-Candy Pink or pale beige. Use Bronze blush or Mango-Pink

Not really, but here is what I do: 1- Eyeshadow 2- eyeliner 3- blush 4- then mascara so your lashes wont be touched by powder or eye shadow 4-finally a lip gloss (I always use fruity ones....yummy for a kiss

I used to wear make-up a lot,but hardly do anymore. I wear enough to make it look like i have some on,and so i dont look rough lol.
All i do is put on a bit of white eyeshadow,or sometimes ill choose dark green/brown (for the smokey eye effect) A little mascara (not too thick) A little eyeliner above the eyelashes on the eyelid, and also underneath the eye on the place its usually put. and sometimes some clear lipgloss,i like Vaseline! (it soothes your lips while making them look lush) >.<

if your putting on foundation defo use a brush it spreads soo much easyer! and always use a light concelor under your eyes to make u look fresh and to avoid bags also never put mascara on yr bottom lashes! thats never good! and apply your blusher 2 your top cheek bones while smiling lol its much nice that way! any if yr foundation leaves a mark around your mouth its not the right color for your skin! gud luck huni sure your gorgeous with out it 2 though lol xxx
