Hard to say if you don't know everything that happened, but, you shouldn't forget about it all together. It might be something, who knows? Find out if you can.

If you don't remember agreeing to it, that means you were not in the right state of mind to make a decision. I would consider this rape, if you were drunk the guy should of knowen NOT to have any sexual relations with you. Do you know for sure that you had sex, against your will or not? Any evidence in the morning that something happened?

It is satutory rape because you are under the age of consent. This guy is a criminal, and deserves to be put away for a long time.

Dear Blair:
It's going to be okay. This happens to a lot of girls, and it is NOT their fault. It is also NOT YOUR FAULT.
It is rape if you did not want to get involved willingly, and if you are under age.
If you feel confuse, may I suggest that you talk to a respectable adult. We're all here to help each other out, and as you would help one of us, someone will help you - if you decide to ask for it.
Good luck, and take care Blair.
(It's never easy getting over stuff like this, but you can do it.)

It's rape.
Statuatory rape since you're a minor. Actual rape since you were drunk (underage, so watch out) and are thus deemed unfit to give consent.

It was rape because you are a minor and he isn't. Aslo the fact that you were drinking and that impairs your thinking ability.

The guy raped the girl. This is what the courts will say. It isn't fair at all. When this happens though, usually word doesn't get out that far. And they both probably wanted it.
