First off i don't want to offend anyone I think if your in the age of 12to 17 ten a relationship is not able too work because your to young and you cant speak from love in that age Better said you don't even know what love is What do you guys think over that? Not only that you don't know the true meaning of love but it creates drama at school. People finding out your going out with "this" person or "that" person people start to judge and it can end by making more enemies then friends! Also sometimes people end up going out with their CLOSE friends and breaking up with them doesn't only end their relation ship but their friend ship as well.

You're not serious, are you? What if you have an argument with your lover? What if you're upset with your lover? What if, by talking to your lover all the time, your lover thinks you're obsessive? And sorry, but I thought if you can say the word lover all the time in your post, then I can as well. = Overusage of emoticons for teh win lolz!!!111

I've got to retract my last few statements. Here's my opinion, from personal experience:
People, at this age, are still developing their personalities. They try new, different things. They may be a bit rebellious. They do things 'because they can' to test their boundaries as people. This is why more teenagers than any other demographic take risks.
Since teenagers change too much, a person you might know at the beginning of the year, could be a completely different person by the end of that same year.
A relationship at this age can't work, because there are too many things happening, too many changes happening. Lack of experience makes it even more difficult for some. Others who have experience will constantly compare relationships, past and new.
Eventually people will settle down, but for the moment most of us probably aren't ready for this sort of thing.

I think that a 16-18 year old might be able to find love, but it's very rare for that to happen at that age.

It's not that they can't find love, but during teenage years people change too much in a short space of time. Or, time constraints (school, exams etc) make it impossible to have an equally balanced relationship. While a good relationship should be 50-50, many teenage relationships range up to 80-20, which is imbalanced.

I know of one teenage relationship that worked out. My Aunt (Mom's sister) was 13 when she met my Uncle. He was 16 at the time. They dated for 6-7 years and got married when she was 19 (he was 22). In 2007 they will be married for 25 years and are going to Hawaii to celebrate.

Love your example brewcitybadboy, it's a great example that love at a young age is possible. The odds might be stacked up against you, but if it is something you really want - then your hard work will eventually pay off. That also goes for love. The hardest part is just figuring out what it is that you want. Example: If you want to spend the rest of your life with a certain individual, and know you will love him forever. Then no matter what he does or do, you will find ways to get past that - he hits you, you tell yourself it's your fault; he cheats on you, you tell yourself he's just playing; etc... So whatever it is that you want to do in life, it is most likely possible, but is it worth it? Are you willing to pay the "price" to get it? With this example, this individual has traded her happiness and life to be with the one she loves. So no matter what age she is, love for her is possible, but at a very "high price". By the way, did I mention love can sometimes be very blinding? That's what makes my example very possible in life. It's a little negative, but you get the idea. Hmm... Just another thought, but nothing lasts forever - so if you have good "quality love", a little is more then enough. Which refers back to how long people usually end up dating for - like a flower, it blossoms, wilts, and then fades away. Does that mean you shouldn't enjoy the flower? Just a though

This is true.
This is true, too.
People, take heed to these words. Id've said the exact same thing, and why not, because it's actually true. Nothing lasts forever, make the most of what you have now.
