lol im currently suffering from a sore tummy and a little tummyache (first day on period *barfs*) I just use a waterbottle, but if things like that dont work for you,ive heard that laying on your bed with your bum to the headboard, and your feet up on the wall can help a little. And also laying down on your bad while wafting yourself with a magazine or something. Also maybe try sticking your head out the window if its nice and breezy? Hope you feel better soon xx guys get off lightly

I'll try those later. Chocolate also helps.... well... I may just want people to buy me chocolate But the thing is, I usually get really bad cramp in school, and I can't really lye against the wall with my head out the window and legs in the air then Hope you feel better too.. and I know! It's so unfair.... Grrr...

I remember one time awhile ago,i had terrible cramps and tummy ache, and it was so bad i thought i was going to faint..i was very lightheaded and the world spinned a little I sat on the loo, legs a little bit apart, leaning over and had my hand over my kneecap. Then rested my head on my hand, breathed deeply and tapped my other foot (the one thats not carrying the weight of my fat head!) on the floor. If your really desperate..i guess you could try that lol. I invented that but you might find it doesnt work.. I dunno if it will,it was just a thought hunni

Potassium and calcium are great for relieving cramps. Bananas are a good source of potassium

For me, taking a hot shower or using a hot-water bottle helps a lot. Also, my cramps have actually been less since I started using a DivaCup instead of a pad or tampon. I recommend it.
