On the subject of chocolate --- have y'all heard about this new chocolate bar called a "Woman's Health" bar? It apparently helps with PMS. It's really good -- I ate one -- but I wasn't having PMS at the time, so I can't say if it really helps. But it is made with herbs that are known to help PMS symptoms (like chaste tree berry.) You can see this at www.healthbychocolate.com. On the subject of cramps -- I usually don't get them too bad, but there are some herbal teas that make me feel so much better when I do get them. Raspberry leaf tea is great. So is Dong Quai Tonic tea (I think it's made by Yogi teas, you can find this at health food stores).
